Afternoon Energy Smoothie



With this tasty and healthy smoothie in the afternoon, you can get your energy back. You can keep going with this pick-me-up because it's full of protein, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Put the ripe banana in a blender after peeling it

Smooth out the almond milk, honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender

Next, put frozen mixed berries and spinach leaves into the blender

You can also add a few ice cubes at this point if you'd like your smoothie to be colder

Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy

If it's too thick, you can add more almond milk until it's the right consistency
