Banana-Coconut Raw Vegan Popsicles



These popsicles are a great way to cool off because they have the creamy sweetness of bananas and the tropical flavor of coconut. They're also vegan, raw, and simple to make!

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 can 13
  • 5 oz coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional

Instructions:

Peel and slice the bananas

In a blender, combine sliced bananas, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract

Blend until smooth

If desired, stir in shredded coconut for added texture

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles

Serve immediately and enjoy!
