Scallion Sesame Turkey Burger



These Scallion Sesame Turkey Burgers are a tasty take on the regular burger. Putting scallions and sesame together gives your burger night an Asian twist. They're juicy and full of flavor, and they make a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and any desired toppings

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped scallions, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated
