Ingredients:

- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels frozen or canned
- 1 cup black beans canned, drained, and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Taco shells or tortillas for serving
Instructions:
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot
The chicken should have taco seasoning mix on top of it
Mix salsa, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes together and pour them over the chicken
The chicken should be soft and fully cooked after 6 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high heat
Take two forks and shred the cooked chicken in the slow cooker
Then mix it well with the sauce
Shred cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro over the taco chicken and put it in taco shells or tortillas
